She is passionate about event production and has made a significant mark in the bridal industry by founding the disruptor brand Get Wed For Less®, inspired by her own wedding planning experience and a desire to provide high-quality, accessible marketplace options.

As a creator of various event and bridal initiatives, including Hinesmark Affairs, Lauren delivers innovative planning resources to engaged couples, creates business opportunities for professionals, and fosters environments where clients and vendors can connect meaningfully. Her dedication to building partnerships that yield lasting relationships and profitable outcomes is central to her work.

Lauren serves as the President of Atlanta Wedding & Event Professionals (#AtlantaWEP) and the Executive Director of Love Fest International, a 501(c)3 nonprofit agency. In the role of Executive Director, Lauren oversees the administration, programs, and strategic planning, guiding the organization towards its mission and building trust within the communities it serves.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Lauren committed to her faith and is a dedicated martial arts and physical training enthusiast. Her most cherished role is that of mother to three brilliant children. Lauren’s work has been featured in publications such as Modern Luxury WEDDINGS, Essence Magazine, The Budget Savvy Bride, The Daily Herald, Black Bride, MunaLuchi Bride, Washington Informer, and The Baltimore Times. A summa cum laude graduate of Howard University, Lauren hails from The Bronx, NY.

Tierra Tucker

Tierra Tucker discovered her passion for event planning at a young age, drawn to the details and creativity involved in curating unforgettable experiences. Inspired by shows like My Fair Wedding, Bridezillas, Say Yes to the Dress, and Four Weddings, this Chicago native quickly recognized her niche in the wedding and event industry.

With a strong background in hospitality, having a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality Management and worked for Atlantan staples such as The St. Regis, Villa Christina, The Optimist, and Fox Bros BBQ, Tierra is dedicated to creating personalized and memorable events for her clients. She takes great pride in bringing each couple's vision to life, transforming their Pinterest boards into reality.

Outside of her professional life, Tierra is a self-proclaimed foodie with a passion for exploring new restaurants and savoring delicious bites and cocktails with friends and family. As a devoted mother to a young son, she loves spending quality time with him at the aquarium, trampoline parks, on the Beltline, traveling, or attending local festivals.

Donna McCaslin

With a strong foundation in hospitality, Donna McCaslin brings a unique blend of passion and experience to the event planning industry. This gift, nurtured by her mother has guided her throughout her life and shaped her commitment to exceptional service.

After a successful 25-year career at FedEx and an established role as the Assistant General Manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport, Donna discovered a natural talent for organizing events while helping family and friends. This realization led her to pursue event planning more seriously as a professional path.

Her journey continued with a fortunate connection with Hinesmark, which brought her to the Hinesmark team. Here, she channels her enthusiasm and skills into creating memorable events that exceed client expectations.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Donna maintains a strong focus on personal wellness. As a three-time Ironman finisher, she remains dedicated to swimming, biking, and running, understanding the importance of balancing work and personal life.

Donna is deeply committed to serving others and is driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the event planning industry.
